The organizational change management work stream had to coordinate the transition of multiple user groups supporting multiple client activities all with minimal business interruption, and users were highly resistant to change.
d-Wise held town hall sessions with management and stakeholders to raise awareness, mitigate concerns about the migration, and communicate a training program that would empower successful adoption.
